We are seeking a sales manager to join our growing team and help lead our B2B Sales pipeline expansion internationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas through the acquisition of net new accounts, as well as some experience with account management, expansion and renewals. They will also have capacity to work outside typical Australian business hours to service our overseas clients.
They should have experience selling SaaS, particularly productivity solutions to small to mid-size companies across a variety of venue types. The successful candidate will be solution-oriented, confident speaking with customers, be a good listener and have a high degree of personal accountability in communicating across functions and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
A majority of your time will be spent on emails, calls and web conferences with customers, so you should have an infectiously positive attitude when prospecting, presenting and closing. We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics and believe that our product speaks for itself. Your focus should be on demonstrating value to potential customers.
