The Role

We are seeking a sales manager to join our growing team and help lead our B2B Sales pipeline expansion internationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas through the acquisition of net new accounts, as well as some experience with account management, expansion and renewals. They will also have capacity to work outside typical Australian business hours to service our overseas clients.

They should have experience selling SaaS, particularly productivity solutions to small to mid-size companies across a variety of venue types. The successful candidate will be solution-oriented, confident speaking with customers, be a good listener and have a high degree of personal accountability in communicating across functions and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

A majority of your time will be spent on emails, calls and web conferences with customers, so you should have an infectiously positive attitude when prospecting, presenting and closing. We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics and believe that our product speaks for itself. Your focus should be on demonstrating value to potential customers.

  • Responsible for managing all inbound leads and strategic accounts
  • Expected to consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets through conversion of free trials, marketing-qualified leads or demo requests into paid customers
  • Required to have strong knowledge of the product and ability to handle customer service and product questions on the fly
  • Conduct customer presentations and demos using online web conferencing tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion processes
  • Identify customer segments and new opportunities to improve quality of sales pipeline


  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with full-cycle ownership for deals, including building consensus among key business decision makers and stakeholders (internally and externally)
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Experience with completing and managing Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes
  • Able to work remotely and be self-motivated
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for working with people and a dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to dedicate significant time and effort to this role as the company grows


  • Experience with project management software
  • Proficiency in Slack and Hubspot
  • Experience in hospitality management (preferred)
  • Exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes, with the ability to respond quickly to inquiries
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers and channel partners
