About the role
Own outbound across SMB and mid-market.
We're hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own outbound across both SMB and mid-market restaurant groups. You'll prospect, run sharp discovery, deliver demos that land, and close — working shoulder to shoulder with sales, marketing, product, and the founders.
One day, you're landing an ambitious independent operator; the next, you're working a mid-market group with a dozen-plus locations. You'll flex your motion across both segments and help us build the go-to-market engine, not just turn the crank on someone else's. It's a hybrid role, based in Australia, with a few days a week alongside the team.
What you'll do
- Prospect and run targeted outbound to SMB and mid-market restaurant groups
- Run high-quality discovery calls that surface real operational pain
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos for each prospect's context and segment
- Own the full cycle — from first touch through to close
- Build pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot
- Partner with marketing, onboarding, and product to sharpen messaging
- Help shape and scale our outbound playbook, cadences, and segment strategy
What you bring
Experience in hospitality is a massive advantage — you've lived the back-of-house grind and you get the people we sell to.
- 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, with a real outbound track record
- Proven success prospecting and closing across SMB and/or mid-market
- Strong storytelling and discovery skills — you make prospects feel genuinely heard
- Comfort in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you build as you go
- Based in Australia, with the right to work here
