Our AI helps venues control costs, automate ordering, track live inventory, manage recipes, run tasks, and pay suppliers, all with clear, data-driven decisions. About the role

Restaurants run on great data. Without it, food costs blow out, orders go wrong, and operators are flying blind. That's where you come in.

As a data-entry specialist on our Implementation team, you take a brand-new venue;  chaos, spreadsheets and all and set them up for success on Restoke. You'll turn messy supplier files, stocktake sheets and POS exports into a clean, accurate, live environment. It's detail work that genuinely matters: get it right and a venue hits the ground running; get it wrong and they feel it in their margins.

What you’ll do

Building out new venues

• Load products, recipes and menu items into Restoke for incoming customers.
• Set up ingredient libraries - UOM, pack sizes, costs — so the numbers actually mean something.
• Link supplier products to recipes so COGS is accurate from day one, not day thirty.

Wrangling supplier data

• Take raw supplier exports and clean them into a usable format.
• Work across CSV, Excel and tab-delimited files and make sense of all of it.
• Catch errors and gaps before they make it into the platform.

Keeping onboarding on track

• Tag-team with Implementation Manager to get venues live on time.
• Chase down missing info from venue ops teams - product codes, pricing, units; without making it weird.
• Keep checklists and sign-off docs clean and up to date throughout.

Supporting live customers

• Handle bulk updates for existing customers - new products, price changes, seasonal menu swaps.
• Dig into data mismatches flagged by Customer Success and sort them out.

Making the team better

• Spot patterns in recurring data problems and raise them so we can fix things upstream.
• Help build and improve the templates, import guides and SOPs that make onboarding faster for everyone.

What you bring

• A genuine eye for detail - catching a wrong UOM or a duplicate product code actually satisfies you.
• Solid in Excel or Google Sheets; you can handle big, messy datasets without breaking a sweat.
• You can juggle multiple venue onboardings at once and keep track of where everything's at.
• You communicate clearly - you can follow up on missing info without it turning into a whole thing.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days are the same.

Nice to have

• Hospitality experience - front-of-house, kitchen, purchasing, anything. Knowing how venues operate is a huge advantage.
• Experience with data migration, software onboarding or similar hands-on digital setup work.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or recipe-costing tools.

Who you'll work with

Here's the fun part: you'll be talking to some of the best hospitality venues in the world. Restoke powers thousands of restaurants, cafes and bars globally, and you're a key point of contact in getting their data right and their venue live - the work that sets the tone for their whole experience with us.

You'll report to the Global Head of Implementation and work cross-team with Sales and Customer Success, but most of your day is spent communicating directly with our customers.
